Fantastic

Great pool and hot tub and clean comfortable rooms

I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay quite well. This time however was much different. I accidentally left my coat behind after checking out and realized it about an hour later. I was in a place where I couldn't contact the hotel so I stopped by later the same day to get my coat. The lady working at the desk was rude and acted put out when I asked for my coat. She said it wasn't there, but I asked her to check anyway. Someone on the staff took my coat and I am more than upset about it.
