Was visiting family and had a very positive experience. The lobby and rooms were very clean and organized well. Staff was super friendly. Will definitely come back.

The staff was neither friendly not unfriendly. Barely spoke to us when we checked in. The toilet in her room was dirty. It was disgusting. The fridge in the room was dirty as well. There was stuff spilled and not cleaned up all over in it. We paid a lot of money for the room and were disappointed by the cleanliness and lack of customer service.
