Good service

It was my sons birthday so we took him to chucki cheese without booking a party because we wanted it to be a special day for him. We even mentioned it when we ordered food but service was not very good, the guy who took the pizzas to our table was really rude because we asked him to split the pizzas onto two tables since it was a bigger crowd. Then when chucki came out my son wanted to take a picture but since he had just came out to greet a small group from a party that was actually booked, I told him to wait until he finished. So not even ten minutes passed before he went to the back & so I took that chance to ask if my son could take a picture with him since it was his birthday and the lady said no that he would come back in an hr. I was really upset because chucki did not even last 15 min on the floor nor did he go around to the other kids that were not involved in the booked party to say hi. I paid just as much as someone who would book a party but got the short end of stick just because it wasn't actually booked & I didn't think it was ok. This place does not care about the customer or making a child happy on their birthday. Next time I will definitely go elsewhere. Very unsatisfied!
