Clean hotel nice facilities but noisey due to construction next door

The staff was wonderful. The beds were great.

This was a fantastic stay and we are most likely going to continue coming back!

Front desk staff is great. Very attentive to my needs. However, housekeeping has lacked. Kitchen towels have not been replaced nor was dish washing liquid left even after I left a note asking for it so I had to go to the front desk to pick it up. I realize it's just a minor inconvenience but after working a 14 hour day when you get back to your room you really don't want to get back out.

Management should train its employees to pay attention to the details. The breakfast was pretty good but a lot of the plates were dirty and we had bugs in our 7th floor room.
