Clean. But the outside noise on the ground level was insane. Gogomobile alarms. People screaming. Loud patrons in the hall way. A chirping fire alarm that management did nothing about till I finally ripped it down threw out the battery and chucked it in the hall way. Really comfy bed. But I hated ground level.
