They offered a Groupon deal so figured we would save some money on an oil change, but after seeing the prices, we still paid for the groupon and a high amount left of balance owed. The offer also included vacuuming which wasn't done sufficiently. The job in taking care of the vehicle was satisfactory, but the cost was much higher than other auto shops.

I spent $85 dollars to get filtered oil from the tank. Yes that oil in the tank had been used now companies including yours filter and resell. They didn't even have the quart of oil. The had it in another bigger container. Never seen that anywhere else. Speed was great. But pissedoff.
