Good experience every time

I stayed for four nights, and had my counterpart stay for four nights as well. The front desk staff is very welcoming, the business center is well-maintained and stocked. The rooms are immaculate, and when I had an issue with my coffee maker, it was fixed. I cannot wait until you get your parking situation under control. It is a hot mess.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a wonderful time then as well as during this day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked the hotel but the air conditioner in the room was terrible ! My ac was set at 60 as low as it would go and I was sweating! Other than that it was a nice stay

very disappointed in the beds. Hampton inn on bay had AMAZING beds and pillows. Oh yeah, the pillows ducked too. I thought Hilton was a step up

The dude at the counter messed up my stuff but they later fixed it... Still need to fix the hot tub
