Firewater grill is great

Very pleasant experience!

We were harassed at check out time--maintenance man knocking at the door, 2 calls from the front desk, housekeeping knocking at the door. Though I do believe it was unintentional...it shows the lack of communication between the staff members/teams, it slowed us down as we were trying to hurry to get out, and it was simply ANNOYING! The front desk clerk had a different timeline of events than what really happened, and seemed to blow off how upset we were. At this time, we stay at a hotel within this chain about every 3 weeks for 2-3 nights at a time...we've never been treated like this.

Meeting facilities are nice, but very overpriced. The staff isn't very friendly either.

Hotel still allows smokers, asked to change rooms and they out is over the club. Place smelled like mildew. Staff was rude at check in and check out
