Did not appreciate the hotel trying to take advantage of our group of ten staying at the hotel. We stayed at the same hotel one week ago and the rate was 82$. When we came back a week later they tried to charge us 119$ and some of the others different rates over 100$ but none of us the same price. After arguing with the clerk he went back and honored the previous rate but it was clear to all of us he was playing games with the cost of the rooms. Our group has stayed at this hotel each spring for the past ten years but this will be the last year as there are many options in Las Cruces and hotels more than willing to work with us on pricing. You should seriously consider how you handle your customers as we are not stupid.
