The breakfast area was very crowded with no seats available

The room had a bad smell, the AC was loud & not working very good. The hotel looked as if it isn't maintained very well (missing base boards dirty carpet etc) reminded me of a cheap hotel with a high price tag. Very few places to sit in the breakfast area. I spoke to the desk clerk the next morning about the issues in our room, he said he would pass it on
