Very clean, bed very comfortable, nice size room. Will definitely return.

My first impression of the hotel/lobby area was wonderful! It all changed when I met "Sandra" the receptionist when we checked in. Sandra was gruff, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. We called 5 days prior and made our reservation. This should have been an easy process. Boy, was I wrong. I asked about an AARP discount. Her reply, "No AARP discounts are given here on weekends". That seemed strange but with her attitude I decided not to press it. Then I asked about a Golden Buckeye Discount. Sandra's snippy reply, "I already gave you a discount" I asked, "what specific discount did we receive?" It went downhill from there. Sandra then said, "I'm leaving and the night auditor will be here at 11. ASK HER! Your employee, Sandra is extremely rude. Our room was great ! Sandra was awful!
