So clean and nice

The lady at the front desk was blatantly rude to me while super pleasant with other guests. If I was standing at the counter and another guest walked in she was look around me and address the other guest. If another guest was at the counter and I walked up she would not address me until she was completely done with the other individuals. She was just an unpleasant individual
