Comfort Suites

It was horrible when we got there it took forever to check in, then found out the inside pool we looked forward to was closed, then when we finally got a key to the room was told the cable was not working and got to the room and the key wouldn't work well it was someone else's room so we went back down stairs and got another room and went back up stairs the key didn't work for the room my husband went back down stairs and the guy had to come up stairs didn't believe the key we had didn't work and he tried still didn't work so he tried another one so we finally got into the room I walked in and looked at the hand towel and it had brown spots and hair all over it and then I went to the restroom and it had pub hairs and old soap bars stuck to the bottom of the tub which was highly nasty and there was nasty food left on the floor so no I was not satisfied and NEVER will stay there again and there was no apologies or anything for all the issues we had.
