Nice facility and room. Only one clerk at front desk to check in guests, answer the phone and coordinate the hotel shuttle driver at a sold out hotel on a Friday night. She was friendly, efficient, and organized, but we waited 30 minutes after 4:00 pm only to be told that our room was not ready and it would be another 30 minutes before it was. We did check in 30 minutes later and the room was nice, but the refrigerator was not cold and we had to pull it out it's space to adjust the temperature. We were trying to keep wine chilled initially, but had to get ice to keep it cold. Also, had to throw away our leftover take out food, because the refrigerator was not cold enough to effectively preserve the food.
