Phenomenal experience. I won't stay anywhere else when I am in Waco. The entire staff deserves recognition for going beyond the norm in delivering excellent customer service.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at in years. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the rooms are super comfortable, the cleaning staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is not awful.
