Friendly evening staff and environment

It's usually great but this time the manager was extremely rude to our party which was disappointing. We come so often and now we don't want to return.

Checked in and the lady at the front desk takes down to me like I was stupid. She asked for a credit card and I was debating whether to pay cash and she just ran it anyways without permission. Dogs barking constantly in a room and and when i got back from dinner, an attendant knocked on my door and told me I was being loud when I was just changing and going to bed. Shower curtain didn't fit the shower so there was water everywhere. Milk at breakfast was hot and not even attempted to keep chilled. I travel about every other weekend and this guaranteed I will be looking to other hotels in the future.
