Shower pressure isn't good otherwise it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the ONLY one in OKC that I will stay at.

The room wasn't ready for check in when we got here. We reserved a king room and had to take a 2 queen room because they messed up the reservation and were booked when we checked in. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. The ironing board was broken. The staff was not very polite. We had 8 people in the elevator and a man at the counter somewhat rudely told us that there could only be 6 people at a time. (No one in the group was by any means large.) it was overall disappointing. Not typical compared to previous Country Inn experiences elsewhere.
