Crowne Plaza Hotel

We were in the 10th floor it was nice don't know about the other floors

Great place

Employee Trinidad was fantastic. He made light conversation and made us feel welcome. Additional staff was kind as well. I disliked the triangle pool. I was extremely ticked that I could not have a complimentary cup of coffee even though I walked downstairs to get it myself.

tthey put us in the only suite without a pullout sofa and there are 5 of us, so we had to be moved. then we were brought a cot instead of a crib. then there wasn't bedding for the pull out. when we got into bed, it felt like we were on a mattress protector instead of sheets. not cozy. the pool was supposed to be heated but was pretty chilly. breakfast was really good with lots of fresh food. we were all happy. the staff were all really friendly.

My friends And I made reservations at the hotel about the same time but somehow they received VIP rooms at check in and I'm not sure why I didn't get a VIP room. we all reserved the prepaid rooms.

Rooms are a bit small for the price but overall my stay was ok...thanks!

I have never stayed at at Crowne Plaza Resort before. I was annoyed to find we had to pay an additional fee for parking; I feel that should be complimentary to guests staying at the hotel. It was also frustrating that we couldn't get in through the door from the parking lot. It was not enjoyable to walk all the way around the whole building with our luggage to get in. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. She was very kind and thorough. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke even though there is a no smoking policy. This was our choice because it was close to the airport. The room itself was tidy and clean. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were okay but the service at the restaurant was not very good. I would recommend hiring more employees
