The room and the view were both amazing.

Oh man the visit was so good i told my husband that whenever we go back to Jacksonville Florida this is were we would stay. The staff was nice everything was so great i just cant type it all in. And also the breakfast buffet was so good and the staff that work the kitchen. I will be back to visit there again.

Nice stay

The lobby was clean and not crowded. The rooms were very cold when we arrived but it was a very comfortable and enjoying stay.

It is always kept very nice and is a classy hotel

This my first visit to this hotel and it was spectacular! The front desk staff were helpful with our room choice and it was so nice and I loved everything about it. Every person we came into contact with wonderful and made my stay feel like home.

I prefer staying with Crowne when I travel! The rates were unexpectedly low for location, especially in proximity to downtown. The staff has been very friendly and helpful (currently on crutches/scooter, and have been very accommodating). The breakfast buffet was very pricey for how little we ate and the rush we were in - I wish the staff could have acknowledged how little we ate and prorated accordingly.
