Crowne Plaza Hotel

Stay was ok. No problems.

Very nice

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The beds were relatively comfortable, the pillows were nice and the room was cleaned. I was only turned off by the cheesy decor, particularly the sports bar and lounge area. Overall a good stay. I was particularly impressed with Sarah who agreed to extend our checkout to 2pm as myself and other guest were running marathon on checkout day and wanted more time to shower before driving back to Tampa. She was very accommodating and I appreciated that greatly.

Hotel and room was old and tired. Needs updating majorly.

Very little pressure in the shower. Overall cleanliness was ok
