Friendly staff great service. Fast!!

Real nice staff at the Jiffy Lube on Newport Ave in Pawtucket, RI., but not confident that the employees really knew what they were doing. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge and I felt like I was watching a bunch of buddies hanging out working on cars. I thought everyone was nice enough, but I felt like it was all a sales pitch and I hope the items I purchased were genuinely needed. I would recommend, but I would tell the person going in to know IN ADVANCE WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED DONE: otherwise you purchase and pay for a lot of things you no up questioning.
