Staff at the cool springs location had smiles on their faces, but did not discuss what they were doing to my car or how much it was going to cost in ANY WAY. I pulled up, and within 2, maybe 3 minutes they guy comes to my window saying it's going to be $98. For an oil change, allegedly. I got out of the car and had him walk me through everything they did, which aside from washing my windows I didn't see them do anything else from this "comprehensive" list. I asked about the tire pressure (WHICH WAS ON THE LIST), and they said they'd have someone take a look at them. They were going to have me pay and leave for services not provided to me! Terrible experience, will not be back again, will make sure everyone I know never visits this company. I would like to be contacted for an explanation of this terrible service. jakerossi@gmail.com
