service was fast and friendly, told what merchandise they had and explained in detail what would be done to the car, made sure to inform things on the car that would be coming up due

Free top off service was limited to 2 quarts oil which I did not recall being told at time of original oil change. Also technician was somewhat short in discussing oil leak and told me I need to repair before next oil change

On my visit I observed staff members being disrespectful towards a service member. As a retired member of The U.S. Air Force I was disheartened by how he was treated. Even during my checkout I wished the staff member a happy day. His response was "yeah...sure. " If you aren't happy with what you do, work somewhere else.
