Jiffy Lube

My oil light came on

I wanted my mileage sticker but instead of doing the regular things other jiffy lubes would do they wouldn't because they didn't wanna go through the whole process of doing it so they did math n there head

The manager tried to charge my for my oil filter and I've never paid for it before.

I'm very upset because I spent $41 on a service and I didn't get the complete service. My floors were not vacuumed
