I was initially told my oil change service would be $37.01. I found that price too high so I asked for a discount and was denied, being told the type of air filter I had needed to be priced high. When I told the tech I would go somewhere else, I was offered a $5 discount so I stayed. When I sat down to wait in the lobby, I noticed a banner stating the service I was getting would be $24.99. I was taken advantage of at this location, during this visit.
