Love Hertz staff? 2 of the girls always give me such great customer service that when I call, I ask for them by name to help me, they also do their best to always get me great prices! As long as they have cars when I need them, I'll always use Hertz

Great customer service, and prices! Hertz always goes out of their way to get me the best prices on my rentals. Cars are usually great, rarely do I get a car I dislike, and when I do, the staff has been great about letting me trade for a new car
