took 44 minutes to change inspection sticker

When I drove up I asked about a specific service. William (the tech) said yes they could do that. I went in and waited. William came in three times in 15 mins to ask needless questions & complain about his busy day. The last time he told me they could not do the specific service I asked for. In fact they do not offer that service at all. Again it wasn't his fault- he had been so busy. I will NOT go back there.
