Staff was extremely kind and helpful, they knew what they were doing. But the beds were hard and the luggage carts did not work well. Wish there were outlets on both sides of the bed.

My dad and brother were staying there, I haven't seen them for a couple years, the hotel was VERY COLD. When we went to the restaurant, we were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes and then after we got our waters the server never came back to take an order, it was getting late 9:30 pm and decided to leave
