I wait for travel Kuz from it to Foxwoods near other hotel last Sunday to tonight . Tmw lv from hotel . I still being Foxwoods casino .then I rides travel Kuz bus @ 4:45 pm to arrive to crown hotel plaza @ 7:10 pm. Then I rides cab to way to my apt . Have a sweet night ! Gn ! ????????

First room seemed slightly used, no mouthwash, one of the sleep freebies was gone, the air conditioner was broken and there was a stain on a sheet. I called and they switched my room immediately. Second one was perfect.

I am a member of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus and stayed at the hotel while rehearsing with the BSO. It is definitely a much better hotel than others I have stayed at in the area!

A person I was with has a peanut allergy, and the only commendation for desert was a fruit platter... A fruit platter!? While everyone else had chocolate pudding.... Otherwise the meal was very good, pasta was even better.

Bartender takes off for 45min plus all the time instead of serving customers, bar is dirty, outdated, and gross. I am there regularly for work. This place needs help. And better staff.
