Staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to accommodate all needs, the front desk and cleaning staff were so nice always helpful and the valet and shuttle staff were simply amazing, so kind, very helpful and I especially appreciate how fun and personable they were while maintaining full sense of professionalism. It made me feel both respected, at home just like with friends. If by crowne plaza you mean Homewood Suites at 1025 Elm Street Dallas tx.

At my event the elevators were in full use. I decided to save time by using the stairs. The stairs were not well kept and the lower floor stair shad a distinct smell of stale urine.
