Many games do not function properly and the game techs know it but do not fix the games or put out of service sings on, they just let people waste money and hope people will just move on instead of hunting down a tech to get their money back. Food is decent during the day but is disgusting late night. Quality goes way down-staff in kitchen don't seem to care after 11. Redemption scales NEVER are accurate.
