ithe entire outside and pools were very run down. indoor pool had smelly puddles of water all around pool and all sliding doors around pool were broken and didn't open outdoor pool was dirty and very cloudy was afraid to swim in it. the front of building looks like lt was about to fall down and entrance sign was all broken. hotel looks vacant from road. like no one could stay there

Computer systems were down put us in the room with somebody else when we first checked in and could not give us a receipt. We had to switch rooms because the shower did not work. There was mold in the bathroom and stains in the carpet. Only thing positive is that because of the fact we had to change rooms we was giving a room upgrade. The room was bit much better.

The tub was full of black stuff & mold. Water leaked all out into the carpet.

There were stains on the floor. While I was taking a shower, the water just stopped! I had no hot water, so had to take a cold shower. one night I came back from my event and had no place to park. The guy wiring the front desk was extremely friendly but that's the only thing positive about this place!

didntThis was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. Our room was at the bottom of the hill, went to 2 different ice machines both broken. Asked for more was cloths because we had 4 people and only 3. we were told they had no more. 2nd day there they didn't leave us any wash cloths. Had to.go.to walmart and buy some and a ash tray because they had none. Went ahead and bought ice because I was in a wheelchair and couldn't go back.and forth up hill for ice. Also rented because they said they had indoor pool but neglected to tell it was out of order. Could we have gotten our money back we would have left. Customer service told me I would have to take it up with who we booked with.
