Very clean, great AC, shower was only a trickle. I did not have any local info in my guest room though and no phone in room.

The floors in room were dirty. I had black stuff on my feet. Every Time I washed them, they'd get dirty again. Phones were not working-no way to call the front office for wake-up call.
