Days Hotel New Orleans/Metairie LA

I book my room for the wrong night and they where able to change the dates for me I enjoyed my stay breakfast wasn't all that but everything else was good

it was great.

The staff could have been a bit more friendly

Breakfast was a joke

Nice hotel. Being renovated. They still have smoking rooms. They are attached to an ihop which is great. But the give a free meal with your stay but it's not pancakes. Kind of a bummer. The should just give a five dollar discount on breakfast. Use it towards pancakes. Pool was cloudy due to the rain.

they need to fix the elevator

Staff wasn't very friendly, and the breakfast thing in ihop was a joke.

The hotel was hot and the lobby smelt of alcohol and the halls smelled like mildew
