Biggest complaint would be the included breakfast, which was the worst I have ever had. The breakfast area was too cramped and not well kept at all. Very limited selection of food and eggs were actually frozen. I've never been expected to take frozen eggs and microwave them myself at a hotel breakfast. We had our two young daughters traveling with us so it was very disappointing. My husband swam in the hotel pool with our daughters and told me the water was extremely cold. In our room the door was missing the lock and the overall cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. The wi-if was not working properly or maybe running too slow to use the internet so that was also a let down.
