Terrible experience. They broke a hose in my vehicle and told me I had to pay for the part for them to replace it. I called customer service and the manager of this store told me if I filed a complaint he would get in trouble and he wouldn't do anything to help me fix my car. Then he tried to say it was broken when I got there.

the location I went to was horrible. they broke off my bypass hose right in front of me and said it was broken apon arrival. the store manager then told me I had to buy the part myself and replace it that in the meantime he'd plug the hose with screws so it wouldn't leak. I will never go back to this location again Phil Gordon is a horrible store manager.
