Needed an air filter

First of all they charged about $15 more than the other location I last went to. The guy was a complete jerk and tried to get me to use an oil that is not recommended by my manual. He then insisted on making a note that I didn't want synthetic, even though my vehicle does not say it needs it. I then agreed to buy an air filter then he comes back and said he doesn't have it. The way this guy acted was annoying and I didn't appreciate it.
