Needed a good deal on a last minute oil change. They were very accommodating and even let me use an online coupon.

They couldn't figure out how to reset my indicator

I had the serpentine belt replaced just two years ago by Jiffy Lube and they told me it was it horrible shape and highly recommended that I get it replaced. The belt used was a very cheap and low quality belt, although they charged me what the best quality belt cost. The cashier told me that at other locations that they have switched belt manufacturers because of this issue but didn't know if it had happened at this location. There was no offer to make this right. She didn't even call over a manager to talk with me about it. That belt should have lasted 4 to 5 years, not 2. Makes me never want to have a part replaced again.
