This Jiffy Lube in Everett WA on Evergreen is terrible. I got there and they were already helping two cars. The guy said it would be a half hour wait to see my car, I said that's fine as it usually only takes 20 mins for my car anyway. Almost an hour went by until they saw my car. I wanted to leave but I had already wasted so much time waiting, I was there for almost 2 hours just for an oil change. They were so slow and unprofessional
