I traveled to Shreveport for the Independence Bowl with the UofSC marching band. We were told we were staying at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was beautiful (love the Kuerig!) and the staff was amazing towards us and made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks for all your help!

the air was not working in our room. we left for the day, came back and the room still had not cooled off. called the front desk and she immediately moved us to another room. however there were room service trays sitting in the hallway literally for almost 24 hours. which is kind of nasty to me.
