The staff was very unfriendly and not accommodating. Also why is the shower not enclosed? I got water everywhere anytime I took a shower. Also they are very stingy with the towels what is the deal with that. The lobby was awful due to the really loud open refrigerator that made a loud buzzing noise. And why do they not have movies for order? Also we had to drive around several times to actually find the place because the signs were so limited. There was no information about parking outside whatsoever and the valet guy was not there. The pool is a joke. Our view of the jail next door was atrocious, we asked to move and were told no.
