It was good we had a big group that the staff handled really well. It was a little dirty found some trash in the room when we walked in but otherwise great

Beds were very uncomfortable but everything else was ok

I asked for a remote for my suite 4 times. When I finally got one, it didn't work. Maybe it had something to do with THE BATTERIES THAT WERE TAPED INSIDE OF IT BECAUSE IT HAD NO COVER!!!!!. Anyway, never got one that worked. Called the front desk, was told I'd have one in 5 minutes. Then told, I'd have one when I got back from my outing. Still waiting 36 hours later. Other than that, it was ok.
