great casino but waited 45 minutes after we ordered just club sandwich and fries and wings

We ate at Otis & Henry's and everything was highly salted and greasy. We complained to the waitress and gave suggestions thru her to the chef. The chef personally came out to hear our complaints and recoooked our food how we wanted it for free! That's never happened before in a restaurant! The chef gave WOW customer service and we look forward to dining there again! We enjoyed the casino experience too!
