this hotel was beautiful. the room was very nice and comfortable. the bathroom was very small but functionable.the staff was so friendly and offered great recommendations. the next time we visit miami we will definetly stay here again.

At first it was ok but they did not tell me abt the $75 incidental and took it out without my knowledge or consent which is illegal and when confronted the lady at the front was rude and nasty abt it but it's my money and no one informed me of any extra payment I was highly upset and she didn't even care bc she said that's what they do but that's getting over and conning people. They need to let people know what they are doing. Also the people are not knowledgable of the hotel and check in and out process the bell hop was great
