It was a nice place but not the best I have seen

The front desk attendant had the door locked when I arrived. When she came to open the door, she did not greet me. Instead, she asked me what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation and she just stared at me. I asked if I could come in and she said yes in a very annoyed tone. She seemed upset to have to help me. Also, I asked about the laundry room and she scrambled for words, pointing toward nowhere specific and said, "You can go to the one across from the Mexican place over there." That is when I realized she it was a racial thing. I thanked her for her time and left.
