Days Inn Utica

Highly disappointed with the lack of high chairs for the breakfast when the hotel offers that kids stay free. The breakfast is more of a snack bar so we didn't even have breakfast. Staff was not welcoming and didn't explain how the heat had to be controlled in the room.

There were small flies in the room. Housekeeping did not replenish towels. When requested I was told there were all dirty and being washed (all towels!). Later the housekeeper brought me towels from the dryer that were damp. I will not stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend anyone else does.
