Days Inn Lansing

I have never been to a more run down or disgusting "hotel". The entire place was filthy from the lobby and front desk to our room. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom had three lights burned out and wallpaper peeling off the wall. The mini fridge had mold around the door. All of the walls and doors were beat up and had dents in them. There were blood droplets on the floor of the bathroom. The bed was bowing in the middle without even laying on it because it was so old and worn. We left after being there only a couple hours because my husband and I couldn't even stand the thought of having to sleep there. It was supposed to be a nice outing for our anniversary but it was ruined due to neglect of our accommodations. This hotel should be reported to the Dept of Health.
