most comfortable beds. could use some updates on the appearance and the continental breakfast.

First room they put us in swelled like dog urine and had holes in the wall and claw marks where a dog had clawed it. They moved us to another room but it didn't have any towels. We called desk for some but never got them.

There is mold in the bathroom . We had to ask for towels both nights we stayed there were none in our room when we checked in and the next day the maid came and asked for our dirty towels and we asked for clean ones and she didn't have any. The entire building needs work done on it.
