DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlotte

Hotel clean, staff friendly, convenient location, close to downtown areas, comfy bed and pillows, good shower. Only prob is that it's so expensive!

I visited a friend. It was very clean and the worker called my friend down and was very friendly. Very nice place. I will stay there when in town.

Staff was great. Sad there was no microwave in the room. Very disappointed in the breakfast buffet.

We requested a crib 11 months ago when we made the reservation and they were out. They were nice enough to go buy another one but when we asked the lady to leave it and we'd set it up because our baby was napping she just stared at us, didn't say anything and set it up anyway and then waited around for a tip. We didn't want to tip for something we felt should have been done before we got there. It was awkward.
