This is an old hotel that needs to be renovated. The lamps and outlets were not all in working order; I was placed in a room with a cramped bathroom next to the storage closet. The cleaning staff came in at 9 and started going through the closet so forget about sleeping in, I was given a voucher for breakfast which only covered cold, processed items, there were not enough employees at the front desk so waiting in line to get my constantly demagnetized key fixed was awful, you could hear everyone talking
